Craig Herzog, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Expert psychiatric care with a personal touch

Craig is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over seven years of experience in mental health, first as a registered nurse and now as a nurse practitioner. He specializes in treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex mood disorders, offering innovative IV ketamine infusions and traditional psychiatric care with a holistic approach in a supportive, non-judgmental, patient-centered environment.
Outside of the clinic, Craig enjoys playing soccer, bowling, and skiing. He cherishes time with his beautiful wife and their three children, finding balance and joy in family life.

Mathew Rodgers,
BSN, RN, CCRN, CEN, CFRN

Mathew Rodgers is a seasoned registered nurse with over a decade of high-acuity experience across emergency medicine, critical care, and aeromedical transport. A U.S. Marine veteran and former U.S. Army officer, he brings disciplined judgment, calm under pressure, and compassionate care to every patient, grounding ketamine therapy and integrative services in safety, vigilance, and respect.

Sara Ahdoot brings more than 14 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, beginning her journey in Montreal as a salon owner and product distributor. Today, she channels that entrepreneurial spirit into creating elevated, intentional spaces for healing and growth.
Inspired by psychology and holistic wellness, and as a proud mother of five, Sara infuses every aspect of Meridian Mind with authenticity, care, and a deep commitment to personal transformation.
